Not quite what I expected
The hotel's distinct charm is overshadowed by noise issues, especially from nearby bars. It features an enjoyable library and sports bar for family fun, yet the dining options didn’t quite meet my expectations. Despite some underlying problems, the location provides access to great skiing without the crowds. Wouldn't mind visiting again.

The jaw-dropping mountain view from the newly refurbished room created a serene escape. Dining improved significantly during the stay, especially with the delightful pickled trout and omelettes at breakfast. However, checking in was a hassle with confusion over room keys, and my last night was ruined by excessive noise from other guests, which took too long to resolve. An acknowledgment of the inconvenience would have been appreciated.

great views , but crowded common areas.
The views from the family room were spectacular , showcasing breathtaking mountain scenery. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay , providing suggestions for local activities and dining options. The spa facilities were a highlight, especially the rooftop jacuzzi that offered a perfect way to unwind after skiing.
The common areas felt a bit overcrowded during peak times, making it hard to find a quiet spot to relax.

Had a lovely stay! The room was fabulous with a quaint, cozy vibe and perfect mountain views. Plus, those soaps? Absolute bliss!
But the bathroom? Let’s just say it needed a time machine! And good luck trying to snuggle without a giant gap in the bed!
